The James Lake Fund

This past June, my wife's cousin, James Lake had a near-fatal motorcycle accident. He was in a coma for 2-3 days and suffered severe injuries to both his legs and his pelvis. He's already had several surgeries with many more to come. Thank God, he has gotten well enough to come home to his family, but he has a long road ahead of him.

Needless to say, the wreck has left him unable to work and his family sure could use some help. I stayed up very late last night (early this morning) building a website to help them raise funds. While Jamie had pretty good insurance at his job, it still doesn't help them cover all his medical bills. Not to mention their rent, groceries, utilities and other expenses. 

The website is still a work in progress, but I know his family would be deeply touched if you could take a look at the site and perhaps consider making a small donation to help Jamie and his family put their lives back together.
